  • Yin Candlelight Yoga

A tranquil and introspective class set to soft candlelight, Yin Yoga involves holding passive, deep stretches for extended periods. Perfect for releasing deep-seated tension, this meditative practice encourages stillness and calm, offering a retreat from the day’s stress.

  • Gentle Yoga

This soothing and slower-paced class emphasizes gentle stretching, mindful movement, and breath awareness. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a calming practice, it focuses on releasing tension, increasing flexibility, and finding peace within.

  • Vinyasa Flow

This dynamic, flowing class connects breath to movement in a sequence of postures. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, Vinyasa Flow offers an invigorating experience that leaves you energized, centered, and grounded. Suitable for all levels with modifications.

  • Gentle Reiki Stretch

Join us for this serene blend of light meditation,  gentle stretching, mindful movement and Reiki energy healing that restores and honors the mind, body and spirit. This class is designed to decrease stress, increase relaxation, and allow you to tap into unexplored parts of yourself. As you stretch, Reiki energy healing can take greater effect, using the openness of your body in these positions to facilitate a deeper release. Sound therapy is also used in moderation, to further enhance your journey toward inner peace.

  • Qigong

Qigong dates back more than 5,000 years in China. The word Qigong, is made up of two Chinese words Qi (chee) meaning life energy and Gong, meaning practice. There are thousands of ways to practice. This class focuses on movement meditation forms designed to enhance joint mobility, strengthen muscles, and open energy circulation channels for healthier organ and connective tissue function. The moves and breathing ground your nervous system and enhance your body awareness internally and externally. In this class you will learn a practice that you can use in your daily life if you choose. My students have said their posture, balance, sense of ease in their joints, and overall feelings of well being have improved through Qigong. We sometimes use imagery found in nature to tap into our creative mind as we move, like in ”retrieving the moon from the sea”, “pushing a wave” or “cloudy hands.” Some useful anatomy and Chinese terms will also be explored. I emphasize a sense of play while learning these sometimes challenging forms. Qigong is a great way to stay present with your body. It  supports all other activities in your daily life and builds subtle strength. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes. You can wear shoes, or socks, or be barefoot.

  • Sound Baths

Experience deep relaxation and self-discovery in this Meditative Sound Bath, a unique journey designed to calm the mind and restore inner balance. In this hour-long session, participants are invited to lie back on a comfortable mat and wrap themselves in a soft blanket, creating a cocoon of warmth and support. Through healing sound therapy and gentle guided meditation, you’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that resonate through the body, releasing stress and promoting emotional and physical well-being. This restorative practice offers a peaceful space to connect with yourself, reset, and emerge refreshed.

  • Reiki 1 on 1 Sessions

Immerse yourself in an hour of tranquility and rejuvenation with the soothing effects of Reiki energy healing. During the session, you will lie comfortably supported, allowing your body to drift into blissful relaxation. The gentle flow of healing energy helps release stuck energy, melting away emotional and physical blockages to encourage balance, harmony, and overall well-being.

After the session, Jess offers a comfortable and supportive space to process any emotions, intuitive insights, or realizations that surfaced. This time allows you to fully integrate your healing experience, leaving you feeling grounded, empowered, and renewed
